Strawberry Fields
• 20 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry
• 80 ml orange juice
• 60 ml pineapple juice
Blend. Serve in a smoothie glass. Garnish with
an orange wedge and cherry.

Ocean Wave
• 20 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 15 ml MONIN Blue Curaçao syrup
• 15 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut
• 30 ml vodka
• 20 ml rum
• 60 ml pear juice
Shake, serve on the rocks in the highball
glass. Garnish with a pear slice and cherry.

Shinning Ruby
• 80 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 20 ml MONIN Watermelon liqueur
• 30 ml tequila
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
Shake and strain in a cocktail glass. Garnish
with fresh fruits.

Lovely Flesh
• 40 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 20 ml MONIN Pomegranate syrup
• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Peach
• 1/2 orange
In the tin of your shaker, muddle the fresh
orange with Le Fruit de MONIN Peach.
Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake and
double stain in a tumbler full of ice. Garnish
with a wedge of orange and some red berries
(strawberry or raspberry…).

British Candy
• 60 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 10 ml MONIN Elder Flower syrup
• 30 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry
• soda water
In a tumbler, muddle the fresh mint.
With Le Fruit de MONIN Strawberry. Add
the rest of the ingredients, fill with crushed
ice and top with soda water. Stir and serve
with a straw. Garnish with a strawberry.

Summer Clout
• 80 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 20 ml MONIN Basil syrup
• 30 ml green absinthe
Pour all the ingredients in a shaker full of ice.
Shake and strain in a cocktail glass.

Mauritius Souvenir
• 50 ml MONIN MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Coconut
• 30 ml rum
• 1 fresh kiwi
In a tumbler muddle the fresh kiwi with Le
Fruit de MONIN Coconut. Add the rest of the
ingredients and fill with crushed ice. Stir and
serve with a straw.

Adam Sin
• 60 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 20 ml MONIN Cucumber syrup
• 80 ml clear apple juice
Pour all the ingredients in a tumbler full
of ice. Stir. Garnish with a bunch of mint.

MONIN Margarita
• 60 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 40 ml tequila
• 10 ml triple sec liqueur
Shake with ice cubes. Strain and serve
in a margarita glass rimed with salt.

Summer Postcard
• 60 ml MONIN Sweet & Sour
• 20 ml MONIN Ginger syrup
• 100 ml cold infused thym
Pour all the ingredients in a tumbler full
of ice. Stir. Garnish with a wedge of lime.
