Cocktails Mocktails

Classic Daiquiri
• 20 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 40 ml 151 rum
• 20 ml freshly squeezed lime juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Fine strain
into a chilled cocktail glass.

Gum Tea
• 20 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 20 ml cranberry juice
• 200 ml iced tea
Build in a tumbler glass filled with ice
cubes.

Sweet & Sour
• 15 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 40 ml bourbon
• 20 ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Fine strain into
a chilled cocktail glass.

Green Mountains
• 10 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Green Apple syrup
• 15 ml MONIN Lime Juice cordial
• 120 ml pineapple juice
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a
cocktail glass.

Green Sling
• 10 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 30 ml MONIN Green Apple liqueur
• 20 ml gin
• 100 ml soda water
• 5 ml lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a tall glass filled with
ice cubes. Stir.

Melon Delight
• 10 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Watermelon syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Strawberry syrup
• 120 ml cranberry juice
• 20 ml fresh lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes. Shake vigorously. Pour into a
cocktail glass.

Island Caï
• 5 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Vanilla syrup
• 40 ml cachaça
• 3 pieces of lime
Muddle lime and MONIN syrup together
in a rock glass. Fill up with crushed ice
and add cachaça. Stir.

Spring
• 10 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Passion fruit syrup
• 60 ml pineapple juice
• 60 ml orange juice
• 40 ml cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker filled with
ice cubes Shake vigorously. Pour into a
cocktail glass.

Fruits & Flower
• 5 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Elder Flower syrup
• 40 ml vodka
• 1 piece of orange
• 3 pieces of lime
Muddle fruits and MONIN syrup together
in a tumbler glass. Filled up with crushed
ice and add vodka. Stir.

Sky Line
• 10 ml MONIN Gum syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Peach syrup
• 10 ml MONIN Blue Curaçao syrup
• 30 ml orange juice
• 30 ml pineapple juice
• lemonade
Pour Monin syrup and juices in a shaker
filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously.
Pour into a cocktail glass and top with
lemonade.
