Cocktails Mocktails

Coven Garden
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 20 ml MONIN Rantcho
• dash MONIN Gum syrup
• 40 ml gin
• lemonade
Pour all ingredients except lemonade
in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake
vigorously. Strain into a tumbler glass filled
with ice cubes. Top with lemonade.

Raspberry Iced Tea
• 45 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 150 ml iced tea
Pour all ingredients in a tumbler glass filled
with ice cubes. Stir gently and serve.

Berry Basil Cooler
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 40 ml white rum
• cranberry juice
• 4 lime wedges
• 7 basil leaves
Muddle MONIN purée, lime and basil in a
tumbler glass. Fill glass with crushed ice.
Add rum. Stir well and top with cranberry
juice.

Raspberry Smoothie
• 60 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 30 ml yoghurt
• 60 ml milk
Pour all ingredients in a blender filled with
ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour mix into
a smoothie glass.

Very Berry
• 20 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 10 ml MONIN Blackberry syrup
• 40 ml currant flavoured vodka
• cranberry juice
Pour all ingredients except cranberry juice
in a shaker filled with ice cubes. Shake
vigorously. Strain into a tumbler glass filled
with ice cubes. Top with cranberry juice.

Berry Lemonade
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 20 ml MONIN Strawberry syrup
• 20 ml MONIN Rantcho
• soda
Shake MONIN syrup and purée with ice cubes.
Strain into a tumbler glass filled with ice cubes.
Top with soda water. Garnish with floating
berries.

Raspberryta
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 10 ml MONIN Pink grapefruit syrup
• 40 ml white rum
• 100 ml cranberry juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Pour into a
highball glass. Garnish with raspberries and a
grapefruit wedge.

Grapefruit Raspberry Way
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 120 ml grapefruit juice
• 20 ml lime juice
Pour ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
cubes. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass
filled with ice cubes.

Moscow Spirit
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 30 ml vodka
• 120 ml cranberry juice
• 10 ml lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Pour mix into
a highball glass. Garnish with red berries.

Raspberry Ginger Cooler
• 30 ml MONIN Raspberry fruit purée mix
• 10 ml MONIN Pink Grapefruit syrup
• 20 ml lime juice
• ginger ale
Pour ingredients in a shaker filled with ice
cubes. Shake and strain into a hurricane glass
filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale.
