Product Description
It is hard to believe, but Brazil as a world leader in coffee production, which accounts for 71% of the total economy, remains a unique and each farm has its own narrow specialization of growing coffee trees. But the coffee standard throughout Brazil will remain the same. Brazil has one of the most advanced treatment system across the global industry and is named as a "good-conscious coffee" .
Brazil is one of the few countries that have a climate which is favorable for the dry (natural) method of treatment of coffee fruits. The coffee is dried while fruit, and a classic Brazilian coffee will move the sweetness to a cup of coffee. Using the dry method, coffee will be heavy, sweet and complex. This drying method is very complicated, with longer drying times and the risk of fermentation, but it shows the reason why Brazil is the world leader in this field. Brazil's hot, humid climate is a great place to grow coffee as we are happy with.
