We roast all of our coffee as it is ordered and we then ship all of our coffee, tea and other merchandise the next 2-3 business days after you place your order. If you order an item we are currently out of we will contact you immediately and notify you of the delay.

Vincento coffee is also committed to the value of our products and we will ship your items either via Postal Service or UPS based on weight and location. The most efficient carrier will be chosen for you automatically unless you request otherwise. If you are unable to receive either Postal Service or UPS please contact us for assistance.
